The 480 acres of land that encompasses Wise Realty's new development was a gift from the Queen of Spain to a Spanish nobleman who named it "San Bonita", which translates to "Saint Beautiful". With its wooded and rolling terrain, San Bonita Farms is, indeed, a rare and beautiful find.  

Jerry Wise, development coordinator, summed up the philosophy of those involved in the San Bonita Farms project by saying, "We have been entrusted with the stewardship of outstanding property and we hope to leave behind a development that can be viewed with pride for generations to come."
